我坚持在健身房锻炼已经1周半了,每次2小时,从不间断!小腿酸胀,浑身疼痛,呼吸急促!坚持!坚持!我现在是很恐怖的91公斤,自己都不敢相信!控制饮食!我已经基本不吃肉了,主食只有中午可以吃,现在基本不吃早晚饭了,也渐渐爱上了水果蔬菜。为了我未来的健美身材,为了世青,为了我将来的女朋友~(这是个动力哦)努力!给你们写这些的时候,我已经做完了两小时的动感单车课了!汗如雨下!1400大卡!不错!我就要成功了!
I have been trained in gym for one and half week. Two hours everyday, never give up! Legs are hurt, everywhere is hurt, can't breath freely! Insist on doing that things! I am now having a terrible weight which myself can't believe, 91KG! Healthy diet! I nearly don't eat meat, only lunch can eat some rice or noodle, nearly don't eat breakfast and dinner, and love fruits and vegetables little by little. For a wonderful build, for BWYA, for my future girlfriend~ (This is an important point) Go for it! I have already done two hours spining bike course(spining bike really pain) while I am writting this to you all! The sweat runs down like raindrops! 1400KJ! Umm...great! I almost succesed!
